In Abu Dhabi wurde dieser Tage die “Motor City” vorgestellt, Bauträger Aldar beschreibt sein Projekt wie folgt:
Aldar Properties is developing Motor World an entertainment development dedicated to Aldar’s Car City project in Abu Dhabi.
Motor World will be located south west of Abu Dhabi International airport and will be developed on an area of 3.5 million sq.m.
The project will include a 3 star hotel, office buildings, and a residential zone. Motor World will also include retail outlets, restaurants a cinema a shopping mall and a museum.
Motor world will be a place for all related retail transaction to take place including car auctions. It will be a host to industry events and car show rooms, there will be motor accessory outlets, car service centers.
Once completed the project will house up to 30,000 people.
